Yep — free drop-off and pick-up anywhere within Mildura to Red Cliffs. Just tell us where you want to start and finish, we'll handle the logistics. Outside that region? Call us, we usually still make it work.
Yes — all hire is by advance reservation. We don't do walk-ins because the gear is usually already out with another customer. A day or two's notice is ideal, more for weekends and school holidays.
Always. Paddling hire includes paddles and life jackets; bikes come with helmets. We do a quick safety briefing before you head off, even if you've paddled or ridden a hundred times.
Absolutely. We've got kids' life jackets and helmets, and we'll recommend kid-friendly routes. Doubles are great for taking smaller kids out — you do the steering.
If it's genuinely unsafe (lightning, high wind) we'll reschedule or refund. Light rain on the river? Honestly, it's beautiful — bring a jacket and you'll be fine.
