Wild Side Outdoors specialise in outdoor fitness programs for individuals and groups. Our qualified and experienced staff are sure to be able to assist you in reaching your fitness goals whether it be weight loss, muscle tone, conditioning for a sport or special event or just to improve your general well being.
We use a wide range of stimulating outdoor venues that enhance the training experience. You'd be amazed at what a difference a change in surrounds can make to your fitness training!
We can structure programs to suit everybody from beginners to athletes and can design programs for individuals as well as groups such as Schools, Corporates, Sporting Clubs or simply just a Social Group wanting to get fit together.
You can come along to one of our group sessions on a casual basis or take on a 4 week (12 session) program, alternatively, you can work one on one with one of our personal trainers.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a form a group fitness that uses a military style approach. We use equipment such as jerry cans, sand bags, boxing gloves & pads as well as many natural features of the land scape to help develop the intensity of each workout. Participants can be assured of a full body workout with emphasis on major muscle groups. Boot Camp Programs are a terrific way to tone up and lose weight.
Sessions go for a full 60 minutes with a maximum group size of 12 ensuring that our qualified instructor can pay personal attention to each group member. Programs are over 4 weeks with 3 sessions per week organised for morning and early evening.
Boot Camp sessions/programs can be arranged for schools, sporting clubs and corporate groups and can be set up on site at your school, club or work place.

Program Cost (4 weeks x 12 Sessions) - $150. Wild Side Outdoors Fitness Club Members - $120.
Casual vists - $15 per session. Wild Side Outdoors Fitness Club Members - $12 per session.

Personal Training

As the title suggests, Personal Training is just that, you working one on one with a qualified instructor. This type of training has the benefit that the instructor can monitor your progress from session to session and set the intensity and type of exercise to suit your level of fitness.
Personal Training is not only about doing the exercise, it is also about educating you about your lifestyle so that eventually you are able to train yourself (maybe every now and then getting back with your instructor so they can see how you are progressing, give advice or alter your program structure). Sessions can be arranged to suit your time table.
Personal Training sessions are ideal for people with all sorts of specific fitness needs including beginners, weight loss, cardio development, toning up, rehabilitation, sports specific athletic training and those with specific medical or injury concerns.

Session Cost - $30 (30 minutes); $50 (60 minutes). Wild Side Outdoors Fitness Club Members - $25 (30 minutes); $40 (60 minutes)
5 Session Pack (5 x 60 minute Sessions) - $225. Wild Side Outdoors Fitness Club Members - $180.
10 Session Pack (10 x 60 minute Sessions) - $450. Wild Side Outdoors Fitness Club Members - $360.

Group Fitness

Group fitness sessions/programs are ideal for groups of friends wanting to train together, corporate groups, sporting clubs and many others, in fact almost any group wanting to get into some regular fitness training under the direction of a qualified instructor.
Sessions can be tailored specifically for your group and progress monitored accordingly. Programs can include lifestyle training to ensure that participants get the full benefit of the work they are putting in.
We can also run a Group Fitness Camp where we address lifestyle issues, educate participants about fitness methods and program structures and develop group skills. Such camps are perfect for corporate groups and sporting clubs looking to improve the performance of their teams.

WilderFITness

An exciting new concept that combines our two main areas of expertise, Fitness and Adventure!
Basically when we begin a new program it will have an adventure theme such as rockclimbing, bush walking, canoeing or even snow skiing. The program (running for 12 sessions spread over 4 weeks) will then physically prepare the participants in line with the adventure activity theme. At the end of the program, the group will then go away on an organised adventure to a spectacular outdoor Environment that will enable them to put their fitness to the test.
WilderFITness Programs have a lot to offer including increasing fitness, group bonding, the challenege of participating in the adventure activity and at the end a truly memorable experience! They are ideal for corporate groups looking to improve the performance of their teams as well as a social group looking to do something special together.
