Wild Side Outdoors has a number of Fitness & Adventure Programs and Servics suitable for individuals.
Check out our Fitness Programs if you are looking to loose weight, improve your cardio fitness, tone up, get in shape for a special event or improve your sports performance. You may even want to join our Fitness Club!
Our Canoe, Kayak, Mountain Bike and Equipment Hire Service can provide you with everything you need to get out and explore the Region's magnificent National Parks or the Murray River and it's wetlands.
You could also join one of our knowledgable and experienced guides on one of our Eco Tours to find out more about the Region's natural and cultural history.
